The chefs of Le Moulin Bregeon believe in local, organic, sustainable, farm-to-table cuisine. They work with like-minded chefs in the region, offering cooking classes here at the Mouilin and L'Pree des Bois. In addition, baking classes are available in the Moulin's two kitchens and local boulangeries: la Maison du Pain, and la Duchesse Anne. Classes are customized for 2 or more, based on your interest in cooking versus baking. Typical classes involve the preparation of a 3 course meal, which is served with local wines while you dine with the chef. Full day courses include culinary related sight seeing around the historic Loire Valley chateaux and gardens.
